Sisters for Life, Best Friends Forever

You stick with each other wherever we go.
You have been playmates for as long as you know.
I hope this continues the rest of your lives.
It's not often one is born with a best friend for life.

Twos
Why are lots of things in twos?
Hands on clocks, and gloves on shoes,
Scissor-blades, and water-taps,
Collar studs, and luggage straps.
Walnut-shells, and pigeon's eggs,
Arms and eyes and ears and legs--
Will you kindly tell me who?s
So fond of making things in twos?
