Five Things I love about Pilgrim's Progress
- I
can beam dense- names that clearly label actions and intentions help me see myseslf. ahh..yikes. - Adversity happens. A lot. Often. It's normal. Go figure...
- Brothers have different strengths, and pull eachother out of near calamity.
- God plants the weight of adventure in the soul- waiting is usually where we're planted admid soul growing adventure.
- You need a hall pass to get into the celestial city. Period. No exception, no part sies, no nothin - Just Jesus... everything drops at the cross and is given at the cross.

Yes! We're reading through Pilgrim's Progress together right now--with children ages 18 to 6 months. I love that whenever I read it again, I'm always reminded and encouraged by something new. Great points here, Jojo! Much love...
Ok. Almost 18. He has another week. Why in the world am I rushing it? :)
So fun, Trisha! What a blessing your children have in you as a momma! Savor the week w/ Ink- Happy B-day to him!
My husband and I love the Pilgrim's Progress too! It is such a great book. We are looking forward to reading it with our kids this fall :)
Thanks for visiting, Holly. I'm so excited for you.. it is really wonderful. Crossway has a version that is really beautiful - it isn't the old english, but it's not the mod either - the pictures are beautiful.
Have a blessed week.
